Lines are open Monday to Saturday, 9.00am – 6pm. NB Phone lines close at 5pm on the day of each performance. We cannot guarantee availability of tickets on the door so advise you to book in advance.
If you prefer to book in person
The Box Office is open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am – 5pm and later on performance nights. Go to the Box Office at Hall for Cornwall, Lemon Quay, Truro, TR1 2LL

Reservations
Reservations may be made for up to 5 days, or for large groups. Please enquire with the box office if you need to reserve tickets and send payment afterwards.
Exchanges & Refunds
Whilst we do not ordinarily offer exchanges & refunds on tickets, we do understand that situations can change unexpectedly. Where possible we encourage the box office to try and accommodate people’s needs by offering a transferal of tickets to another night.
Access
There is no denying it, our tent is pitched in a field. We have made every effort to make it as easy as possible for those with Access difficulties to get on site which include specific seating and parking close to the entrance, but it is worth considering what extra support you may need from us – particularly in adverse weather. Please get in touch if you think we might have missed anything here!
